Board of Directors

The Florida Theatre Performing Arts Center, Inc. is a Florida not-for-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors representative of a diversity of interests in the community. Elected for three-year terms of office, board members work collectively to accomplish a threefold mission:

To govern the institution through the establishment of mission, plans and policies;

To ensure that the Theatre has sufficient resources – financial and otherwise – to carry out its mission and achieve its objectives; and,

To represent the Theatre to the community, and the community to the Theatre.
