The Friends of The Florida Theatre

The many Friends of The Florida Theatre are a critical source of support for the magnificent Florida Theatre— downtown Jacksonville’s premier arts and entertainment center since 1927. Annual membership contributions help make possible a wide range of programs and services, further enriching our city with the vitality and creativity of the arts.

The consistent high quality and tremendous variety of arts and entertainment experiences presented on our stage are second to none. When you contribute to The Florida Theatre’s cultural development effort, you qualify for a variety of benefits including preferential seating, advance notice of upcoming performances, priority ticket services and invitations to exclusive Friends events throughout the season.

Friends Memberships

Ensemble ($150-$299 annually)

• Friends of The Florida Theatre membership card
• Advance notification of upcoming concerts and events
• Opportunity to purchase tickets in preferred seating areas
• before they are available to the general public
• Complimentary mailing service on ticket orders
• Invitations to special Friends events
• Florida Theatre newsletter
• Annual listing in the Theatre playbill

Supporting Role ($300-$499 annually)

Includes all Ensemble benefits, plus...

• Priority advance ticketing before Ensemble level members (deadlines may apply)
• Two complimentary season passes to the Theatre’s Summer Movie Classics series
• Ticket discounts for selected performances

Cameo Role ($500-$999 annually)

Includes all Supporting Role benefits, plus...

• Priority advance ticketing before Supporting Role members (deadlines may apply)
• Complimentary beverage for you and one guest at the Theatre’s refreshment bars (two beverage coupons provided with each ticket order)
• Four complimentary season passes to the Theatre’s Summer Movie Classics series
• Four complimentary season passes to the Theatre’s Winter Movie Classics series (when offered)
