Cathedral Arts Project and Kids Hope Alliance invite KHA-funded summer camp providers on a free field trip to the historic Florida Theatre on June 20, 2023, to see a performance by Doug Berky of his show Gems: The World’s Wisdom Stories. Using mime, masks, voice, and puppetry, Doug Berky performs these “Gems” of wisdom, passed down to us from around the world. Tales include "The Lion and the Mouse," "The Crocodile and the Monkey, " and "The Drip Nose Boy."

Additional information:

• Summer camps must choose between two show times: 11am or 1pm.
• Please be aware that photographs and a video will be taken for promotional purposes. If any of your students do not have a signed image release form, kindly inform your staff to ensure their privacy is respected.
• School buses are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the selected showtime, and bus drivers must remain with their buses for the duration of the performance to be available for pickup.
• The target audience for this event is elementary-aged youth.
