The Florida Theatre Performing Arts Center, the nonprofit arts organization that manages and programs the historic Florida Theatre, announces an exciting year-end fundraiser: the Florida Theatre Ticket Drawing.

Only 1,500 tickets will be sold and the winner will be drawn at the Florida Theatre on New Year’s Eve. The winner need not be present – the winning ticket will be pulled based on the ticket buyer name. No physical drawing tickets will be mailed out . The purchase of drawing tickets is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution, but the income does benefit the Florida Theatre.

Each $25 (suggested donation) drawing ticket gets the bearer a chance to win two tickets to every show produced by the Florida Theatre in 2025. In prior years, the winners of this drawing won tickets to more than 100 shows! Prize tickets located in the first six rows.

Show tickets are transferable, but may not be resold. Some rental performances will not be eligible for tickets.

Tickets can be purchased online or by calling the box office.

Drawing tickets make a terrific holiday gifts for co-workers. Tickets are transferable. If the drawing winner is unable to attend a particular performance, the tickets can be given to a lucky friend.

Says Numa Saisselin, President of the Florida Theatre, “Right away the winner becomes exponentially more popular with friends and family! But more importantly, ticket sales cover just half of the Florida Theatre’s annual budget and fundraisers like the ticket drawing help to close the gap each year.
