BOX OFFICE HOURS & LOCATION

The Florida Theatre Box Office is located on the first floor next to the Theatre's main entrance at 128 East Forsyth Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.

The Florida Theatre Box Office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On weekends, the Box Office opens 4 hours before the show for evening performances and two hours before the show for matinee performances.

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Unfortunately, there is a whole industry of third-party ticket resellers who purchase tickets from the venue and then resell them at a huge markup to make a profit.
