About the Opportunity

The Florida Theatre is looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to run our volunteer usher program and help deliver unforgettable patron experiences at every event.

This role sits at the center of our front-of-house operation—leading a team of approximately 175 active volunteers and ensuring our audiences are welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the doors. You’ll build relationships, shape volunteer culture, and keep events running smoothly behind the scenes and in real time.

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in live event environments, and like balancing planning with action, this role offers both structure and variety in a historic, high-energy performing arts venue.
