Adopt-a-Seat in the Florida Theatre with a beautiful brass commemorative plaque engraved with your name or to honor a relative, friend, or organization of your choice. This is an excellent opportunity to create a lasting legacy for a family member or loved one, honor a special occasion, or celebrate your passion for theatre.
For future visitors, your named seat serves as a reminder of your commitment to the performing arts in Jacksonville. Seats in the orchestra and the loge are $1000 each and seats in the balcony are $500 each. Your plaque will remain in place for the lifetime of these seats.
Your tax-deductible contribution, to name a seat, will be celebrated by family, friends, peers, and the community. Most importantly, your donation is applied to the capital improvement of the Florida Theatre and ensures the theatre’s ability to serve many generations to come.
Please note that you may request a specific seat, but the Florida Theatre staff will decide on seat location according to availability. Adopt-a-Seat sponsors must still purchase tickets to any performance at the theatre and are not guaranteed seating in the chairs bearing their names.
